We are here to help!

 Refunds/exchanges are on a per-case basis within a 15 day period due to the nature of the products. Please contact your Idle Hands Inc rep with any issues or questions; we will do our best to rectify the issue, especially if Idle Hands inc is in error. Any returns/exchanges stolen, lost, or seized in transit back to Idle Hands Inc due to improper packaging or lack of COA paperwork are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not issue exchanges or refunds on products not returned to Idle Hands Inc in their original and unopened state.
It is your responsibility to comply with all local and state laws and regulations applicable to these products. No refund will be issued for products lost due to non-compliance. Idle hands Inc complies with our home state and federal regulations regarding these products.


Late Charges: Idle Hands Inc reserves the right to charge any account in default with an outstanding balance past the pre-agreed due date late fees.
